We are credit experts

FHA technically does not have any credit score requirements but anything under a 600 score will require 10% down. We can give you instructions to follow so that we can get your score up so that you get the best possible rate, closing costs & underwriting guidelines. Remember, credit disputes will have to be removed before buying a home.

FHA Allows DACA

FHA Loans do allow DACA & Non permanent residents with the proper documentation. Don't worry, if you don't have the proper documentation then we can look at an ITIN number loan for you.

First Time Home Buyers

As a 1st Time Home Buyer, you are allowed to put 3.5% down with an FHA loan. There are additional DPA Down Payment Assistance programs that we have available but they do come with higher rates and you may have to repay them if you sell your home within 3 years.

FHA's $100 Down Program

FHA Allows Mobile and Manufactured Homes

Do you have a Bankruptcy but want to buy?

FHA loans do allow you to buy a home after a bankruptcy or foreclosure. The typical time for both is 3 years but after 1 year after a chapter 13 bankruptcy, you can get permission from the court to buy your new home if you have made your payments ontime.
